Viator has partnered with European Benefits Administrators (EBA), a third-party administrator whose core expertise lies in the administration of healthcare plans, medical referrals, cost control and reimbursement of medical expenses incurred around the world.

- Benefit pre-authorization request form
- Access to claim forms
- Realtime claims status verification
- Secure inventory of claim reimbursement statements over the past year

- Access to the benefits and a realtime list of insured employees
- Access to an Assistance and Medical Emergency section which will display the emergency contact information
- Access to the employees Policy Administration section, in order to request a replacement for lost or discarded certificate of insurance, personal ID card or cancel coverage for covered employees
