- Access to a list of selected doctors and hospitals in most countries
- Benefit pre-authorization request form
- Access to claim forms
- Realtime claims status verification
- Secure inventory of claim reimbursement statements over the past year
- Direct payment of claims into bank accounts in 110 different currencies
- Access to the benefits and a realtime list of insured employees
- Access to an Assistance and Medical Emergency section which will display the emergency contact information
- Access to the employees’ Policy Administration section, in order to request a replacement for lost or discarded certificate of insurance, personal ID card or cancel coverage for covered employees
